





[Early Bird Price] Leadership Accelerator Program for Small Business Managers
Developed for new and mid-level managers, this series will help participants discover and refine their personal leadership style, using it to shape their team’s mission and goals. It will help managers grow their skills around delegation, performance management, and emotional intelligence, enhancing their ability to lead successful teams.
This program is great for managers at small or medium sized businesses that have not had the opportunity to go through formal leadership training.
The series will take place over a 4 week period and includes 4 live virtual 90 minute workshops, a Hogan Leadership Assessment and 60 minutes of 1:1 coaching, cohort collaboration/support, and activities/templates to bring the concepts to life in the manager’s day to day work.
Live Virtual Workshop Sessions:
Mondays from Noon - 1:30 pm PT; Dates:
July 14th - Noon - 1:30 pm PT
July 21st - Noon - 1:30 pm PT
July 28th - Noon - 1:30 pm PT
August 4th - Noon - 1:30 pm PT
Logistics:
4 live 90 minute virtual workshops, covering key topics for building leadership skills
Downloadable activities/templates to bring the content to life in your work
Hogan Leadership Assessment + 60 minute individual coaching session (scheduled at your convenience)
Mastermind groups with other attendees (encouraged to meet throughout the series and afterwards)
Content & Objectives:
Grow emotional intelligence and learn how to build trust and rapport with your direct reports
Discover and document your personal leadership style, including communication preferences, risk areas, and more
Understand how to develop effective teams through setting a clear vision, objectives and building out 6-12 month objectives
Grow skills in setting performance expectations and managing performance throughout the year
Develop skills around giving and receiving feedback effectively to drive performance
This program will be capped at 12 attendees for more hands-on discussion and learning opportunities.
Prior to the course starting, participants will receive access to take the Hogan Leadership Assessment and information overviewing the course logistics. Documents, templates, and activities will be shared via Google Drive. It is encouraged that all participants attend all 4 of the live virtual workshop sessions to get the full value out of the training program.
